  • Workshop on “Samwad Manacha Manashi”: (A dialogue with self)
    In the month of April, two days’ workshop was arranged on topic Samwad Manacha Manashi -A dialogue with self. The program consisted of lectures on self-work, music therapy, dance therapy and open discussion on short films with eminent Resource persons like Dr. Shirisha Sathe, Dr. Anuradha Karkare,  Dr. Makarand Thombare.
  • Workshop on “Sathi Nantarche Sahajeevan”:(Living together after age 60)
    One day workshop was arranged over the topic Sathi Nantarche Sahajeevan-Living together after age 60 in August, 2015. A total of 350 participants got involved in the program. Various topics were surfaced in the workshop that included coexistence & living after the age of 60, issues faced in this age, how to develop coexistence in marriage etc. The workshop was graced by eminent speakers that included Dr. Sagar Pathak, Adv.Smita Joshi, Mrs. Mrunalini Chitale who participated as subject matter experts for the program.
  • Workshop on Family Counseling and Neuro- Linguistic Program:
    A workshop on Family Counseling and Neuro-linguistic programming was conducted on 15th, 16th and 17th October 2018 in collaboration with Prayas Foundation. It was conducted for women of Mahila Dakshata Samiti of Kondhwa Police Station. It was a 3 day workshop which included lectures and seminars from eminent speakers. On the first two days of training program lectures on Family Counselling and Parenting were conducted by Mrs. Vaishali Joshi and Mrs. Anaya Nisal respectively. And on the final day of the workshop a training program on Neuro- Linguistic Programming was conducted by Commodore Mr.Chaturvedi and Dr.Praveenkumar Shende. It was followed by the certificate distribution program.

  • QUEST: A Free Workshop For Women willing to Start Second Inning of Career
    The workshop QUEST for women willing to start the Second Innings of the Career was organized by Smt.Hiraben Nanavati Institute of Management and Research in association with Baya Karve Women’s Study & Research Centre. The workshop was funded by National Commission for Women. The workshop was held on 16th November 2022 from 09.30 am to 4.30 pm. A follow-up session for the same was conducted on 28th November 2022 from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm. The purpose of the workshop was to have an upskilling and upgradation for the women who want to restart their career. In total 53 participants benefited from the workshop.
