Course Introduction

This autonomous course is especially designed for those who have flair to work in the field of Mental Health. After the completion of this course the learner will be able to understand the depth of emotional, psychological and behavioural issues which a person might face. Learner will understand the nature of different personalities, developmental milestones and about the various phases an individual goes through. The course will also make the learner aware about the aspects of Positive Psychology and motivate lerners to work with growth based approach.

The application based nature of the course will empower the learner with the required skill set for working with groups and individuals effectively. The course will motivate the learner to acquire the necessary skill set for making the Counselling process effective. The course contains a set of unique modules especially designed keeping in mind the diverse nature of the students in terms of educational background, professional experience and the social context.

Eligibility: Any graduate

Duration: 1 Year + 3 Months Internship

Intake: Maximum 30 students

Total clock hours: 200 + 60 hrs. Internship

Mode of conduction: Online

Medium of instruction: Marathi and English
